All information you provide to us is stored under our control. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You have the right to request an update to any of your personal information which is out of date or incorrect. In addition, our Sales team will review and confirm the accuracy of your personal detail on at least a 6 monthly basis.
Where information we hold is not accurate or is incomplete, you have the right to request we correct such information, and we will do so without undue delay.
You have the right to request that we delete any data we process about you, where the processing is no longer necessary.
Where you have previously provided consent for our processing of your data, you have the right to remove that consent and for us to stop processing your data specific to that consent. You also have the right to object to our processing of your data.
Our Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal information to these websites.
We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed. The length of time for which we retain personal information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. As a minimum, we will retain your personal data for the duration of our engagement with you, and for a period of 6 years on termination of your engagement with us, unless we have any other legal basis for retaining such information.
Fraud prevention agencies can hold your personal data for different periods of time, and if you are considered to pose a fraud or money laundering risk, your data can be held for up to 6 years.
